This course is designed for all new staff working within the Youth Justice System in England and Wales in both community and secure settings. It is a complete 3 day training programme consisting of a trainers manual, a participants’ workbook, a poster outlining the referral order process and a CD of the course materials including a PowerPoint* presentation. The course was developed following wide consultation with youth justice practitioners, managers and training officers.
