Cymbals Consultancy was established in 2001 in response to the demand for quality consultancy and training in social care and youth justice. From her many years years experience in in these sectors Predencia Gabbidon, Managing Director, developed extensive knowledge and experience of the demands and pressures faced by managers and staff in their attempts to deliver services in a constantly changing environment.
